Welcome to the GD Osteopathy & Sports Massage booking System. Booking an appointment is quick and simple, you can do it 24 hours a day. You will receive an immediate email confirmation once booked.
First select whether you are a new or existing patient. Then choose which type of treatment. Then pick your preferred date. Finally review and select from the list of the times and practitioners that are available. You’ll the then be asked to login and confirm your booking.
If you answer yes to any of the following 5 questions, then please DO NOT book an appointment.
In the last 14 days:
- Q1 Have you been diagnosed with Covid-19?
- Q2 Has anyone in your household or anyone you’ve been in close contact with had symptoms of or been diagnosed with COVID-19?
In the last 7 days have you:
- Q3 Had a high temperature?
- Q4 Had a new or continuous cough?
- Q5 Lost your sense of taste or smell?
High Risk Groups
If you are clinically vulnerable (organ transplant recipients, cancer patient, severe respiratory conditions, rare diseases, immunosuppression therapies, pregnant with specific heart disease.) then you may still be suitable for treatment. Please note any of the above conditions on your booking, your practitioner will contact you in advance to discuss your suitability for a face-to-face consultation.
Moderate Risk Groups
This group includes anyone that fits within any of the following categories:
- 70 years or older
- Mild-moderate lung condition
- Heart disease, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, liver disease
- Brain or nerve disorders (such as Parkinson’s, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis or cerebral palsy
- Susceptible to the risk of infection
- Considered clinically very obese
if you sit within any of the categories listed above, it means that you are considered to be at a moderate risk. You will be able to attend clinic for a face-to-face consultation but should understand all of the risks associated with doing so. If you are in any doubt about these then please leave a message in your booking to discuss the situation with your practitioner prior to you attending clinic.
By booking an appointment you are declaring that you understand that although the clinic is implementing stringent hygiene and social distancing measures in order to reduce the risk of transmission of disease, there can be no guarantee that this risk will be eradicated entirely. You also understand that you can ask for a telephone appointment as an alternative to a face-to-face consultation. Finally you understand that a face-to-face consultation is likely to include close contact with the practitioner who will be wearing PPE (mask, apron and gloves) and that you will also be required to wear a suitable face covering.
