Terms & Conditions
Membership Fee
£44 per month collected by Direct Debit.
Treatment Credit
Each successful payment adds £44 account credit, equivalent to one 30-minute treatment.
Credit Cap & Expiry
Account credit may accumulate up to £132 (three months’ membership value). Credits expire after three months.
Additional Treatments
Members receive a 10% discount on additional treatments while membership is active.
Booking & Cancellation
Appointments are subject to availability.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Late cancellations or missed appointments forfeit the treatment value.
Minimum Term
Minimum membership period of 3 months.
Cancellation
Membership may be cancelled after the minimum term with 30 days’ notice before the next billing date.
Non-Transferable
Membership benefits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Clinic Membership
Membership is held with GD Osteopathy & Sports Massage, not an individual therapist.
Payment Failure
Failed payments may pause membership benefits until resolved.
Changes
The clinic reserves the right to update membership terms with reasonable notice.
