I attend sports massage sessions with Glen every 6 weeks or so and I think my treatments are getting better and better. The benefit I get from the massage, especially when commuting by bike, are immense. I would and do recommend Glen to anyone. 2026 Update: After a number of years of not being able to attend the practice, I was there today for a 60 minute session with Jessica. Thanks to Ediz the Sciatica i had in my left hip was gone following a 4 week course of treatment. I am waiting for a hip replacement on the same side which Ediz also has been working on. The impact has been amazing that my pain level has reduced and I have more range and movement in my hip. Ediz is very professional, he explains and engages well. We booked in for our son to see Mona after I attended a Mummy MOT session (which I also recommend). Our son had some stiffness in his neck and back due to his birth which we thought might be impacting his ability to roll. Mona was very friendly,  explained what she would be doing, and she was very engaging with our son. After a few sessions the stiffness has reduced and he is now able to roll. I've been coming to GD Osteopathy for several years. In that time I've worked with Glen and Mona before, during and following my pregnancies. I've always had positive experiences when I visit and feel listened to and cared about. In the past year, I've been seeing Mona for Mummy MOTs and some osteopath appointments. It's been really useful for reducing pain in my shoulders and back and we're working on my tummy and pelvis. Mona is wonderful and I look forward to out sessions. (Sorry Glen!). It's good to have one person who knows and can support in all areas I need. I've never allowed anyone to crack my neck or back, but Mona made me feel comfortable with it. And Mona is easy to talk to. Thank goodness I made the decision to get an appointment with GD Osteopathy & Sports Massage, I had been having issues for a while , but felt helpless not knowing how to go forward. I cannot express enough gratiude to Hiloni , she was totally amazing, Hiloni has a wonderful approach making you  feel at ease and giving you space to explain what you have been going through, the fact she found the issue so quickly was a relief ,after I explained my side, she knew just what to look for. although it will take a while to be completely better, the difference the first appointment made was truly incredbile. I found GD Osteopathy very professional. Good website where you can choose your therapist and book and pay on line if you wish. And, I received an email with a receipt after the treatment. But, of course, the therapist is the most important element, and with Mona, I felt I was in extremely good hands, literally. I scheduled an appointment with Richard after suffering from a painful SI joint strain that was interfering with my everyday activities and ability to walk. I felt at ease and welcomed as soon as I walked into the clinic.  Richard took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, listened to my concerns and explained everything in a way that made sense and put me at ease. I felt better after the first treatment. Over the course of a few weekly sessions, the previously constant pain subsided, and I regained complete range of motion and walking returned to normal. I’d been having terrible neck and back pain causing headaches for months before I decided to try Osteopathy for the first time. Not only is Glen super nice and chill but he is unreal at what he does. He made me comfortable and immediately identified the cause of my problems. After 3 sessions I’ve had no headaches and have full mobility in my neck.
